Meals that Matter invites your team into the heart of an Everybody Eats kitchen for an unforgettable session that combines community impact with team building. You’ll work side-by-side to prepare delicious meals while learning practical food sustainability tips you can take home.
Guided by one of our experienced chefs, your team will transform quality donated, surplus and rescued ingredients into delicious meals. With ever-changing seasons and surprise ingredients, it’s a bit like a MasterChef mystery box challenge.
This daytime activity is a chance to bond, share experiences, and learn new skills before sitting down to enjoy a meal you've prepared as a team. You’ll also get a behind-the-scenes look at how Everybody Eats uses good food to bring people together and make a difference in our communities and for the planet.
Option 1 - Meals that Matter: Charity Partner Edition
Cost: $1500 + GST per session
Join forces with Everybody Eats to experience a day in the kitchen with our experienced chefs whilst creating takeaway meals for one of our charity partners. We work with multiple charities including Women's Refuge, Tamaki and Mangere Budgeting Services and Papatuanuku Kokiri Marae. We can help you find a charity partner or you can suggest your own.

Option 2 - Meals that Matter: Restaurant Service Edition
Cost: $100 per person
Takeover the Everybody Eats kitchen for a day and work together as a team to prepare over 100 three course meals for evening service in our restaurant that night. Make it extra special by coming in for dinner or inviting friends and whanau to enjoy the meal you have created with our experienced chefs.
