Kai Diaries: Haz Crawford

The Kai Dairies, is a celebration of our volunteers & their kai stories.

Everybody that is involved with Everybody Eats has a shared love of food - the preparation, the care, and of course the eating food is a timeless ritual and a language of love that continues to bring us all together.

Once a month Onehunga’s Archana (Head Chef) and Jake (Restaurant Manager) will be sharing kai stories & creating meals based on our volunteers, with an Everybody Eats flair

Join us at Everybody Eats Onehunga this July for Kai Diaries, as we celebrate the cherished food memories of our wonderful volunteer, Haz Crawford.

Haz has been volunteering with Everybody Eats for a year now, and in this time he has helped out in all manner of volunteering roles - dishwashing, FOH and kitchen service too - but most notably and reliably Haz is our primary food rescue volunteer. The Onehunga team are looking forward to Haz’s Kai Diary; a guided tour to celebrate the culinary journey of his life.
